He said,“You don’t want to be in the selling business. Instead, you want to be in the reorder business, where “your product or service is so good, people want to reorder it or reuse it.

That was it!!! I once heard someone say that it's easier to get current customers to buy from you again than it is to get a new customer. In the past, I used to be afraid to ask someone who already purchased from me to buy something else. Can you relate? This is incorrect thinking. You see, if someone had a great experience with your product, they are MORE THAN HAPPY to purchase from you again.

Look closely at the number of customers I have versus the number of sales I have. You will see that my number of sales nearly triples my number of customers. This means that on average, customers purchase at least 3 products from me. I figured out how to turn a customer into a repeat customer. There is a strategy to it.
